Seaforth And Balgowlah Public Safety Round-Up: 7–12 February 2026 Incidents

Police and emergency services responded to a series of reported incidents across Seaforth and Balgowlah between 7 and 12 February 2026, according to information received by authorities.



Disorder

At about 22:30 on Saturday, 7 February, NSW Police were called to Manly Road, Seaforth, following reports of an intoxicated person requiring assistance. Officers attended and managed the situation. No further details were released.

Traffic Incidents

Shortly before 14:45 on Monday, 9 February, NSW Police received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Benelong Street, Seaforth. Police attended after the notification. Details regarding injuries or damage were not provided.

At approximately 04:00 on Thursday, 12 February, emergency services were alerted via a Triple Zero (000) call to a crash on Manly Road, Seaforth, in the southbound lanes towards The Spit Bridge. A Nissan Micra had struck a streetlight.

The 31-year-old female driver was arrested after allegedly attempting to leave the location and assaulting police. Authorities indicated the driver appeared affected by alcohol. She was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for mandatory testing before being returned to Manly Police Station, where charges were laid.

In Balgowlah, just after 15:00 on Thursday, 12 February, NSW Police received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Sydney Road. Officers responded following the report. Further information was not released.

Theft Reports

Just after 20:45 on Saturday, 7 February, NSW Police received a report of items stolen from a vehicle parked on Boyle Street, Balgowlah.

On Wednesday, 11 February, shortly after 18:15, police were notified of property allegedly stolen from premises on Cross Street, Balgowlah. Investigations into both matters are ongoing.

No incidents were reported in Balgowlah Heights during the same period.



Matters will proceed in accordance with standard police procedures.
