Families across Seaforth and the Northern Beaches will have a two-day indoor event close to home when Balgowlah RSL hosts a fair combining creative stalls, children’s activities, workshops, readings and specialist traders.
The Northern Beaches Crystals, Creatives & Mystics Fair will run from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August at 30–38 Ethel Street, Seaforth.
The all-weather, air-conditioned setting means the weekend program will take place entirely indoors, with activities catering to adults and children. Entry is free for children aged 16 and under, as well as NDIS participants and carers.
Family Activities At The Seaforth Fair
For families attending the Seaforth fair, the program includes crafts, face painting and henna alongside a children’s quiz organised as a treasure hunt. Children who complete the quiz will receive a crystal prize.
Workshops are also planned for adults and children, with further details to be released closer to the event.
The venue is listed as welcoming people with access needs and catering for wheelchair users. Parking is available at Balgowlah RSL and in surrounding areas.
Alongside the family activities, visitors will be able to browse stalls featuring crystals, gems and fossils, handmade creations, art, jewellery, gifts and curiosities. Natural body, plant and spiritual products will also be among the items available.
The event brings makers, intuitive readers, healers and creatives from across NSW to the Seaforth venue for the weekend.
Readings, Talks And Creative Traders
Psychic and tarot readings will form part of the program, along with healing and energy-work sessions.
Soul Talks and Trader Talks will also run during the fair. Trader Talks are planned every half hour at participating stalls, where stallholders will discuss their work, products and practices. A gold flag will identify the relevant stall, and each talk will be followed by a 30-minute special offer there.
Among the businesses appearing is Witchy Wonders Box, a small Australian business offering crystals and themed mystery boxes.
More Than $1,000 In Weekend Prizes
Lucky door draws will give visitors another activity across the two days, with more than $1,000 in prizes scheduled for the weekend.
Draws will take place at noon and 3:30pm on both Saturday and Sunday. The major prize, valued at $500, will be drawn at 3:30pm on Sunday.
Adult admission costs $10 at the door and covers both days, while prepaid tickets are available for $8 plus fees.
With children’s entry free and activities spread across both days, the Seaforth fair places a mix of creative stalls, workshops and family activities at one local indoor venue for the final weekend of August.
